Tony’s enthusiasm for RIBs always ensures he has a view and always something of interest to say! Arguably, Tony is the first person to develop the pedigree and as the father of RIBs has a knowledge second to none.  Although credit is given to the Atlantic College in Wales who from the early 1970s were funded to develop ‘small boats’ for use by the Royal Navy and subsequently the RNLI.  Tony was building small RIBs prior to the successful boat trials of the Atlantic College.
